This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to accord permission to the petitioner to conduct "Moharam Peerla Festival" from 02-10-2016 to 14-10-2016 at "Run-Hussain-Panja" Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the interim order dated 30-09-2016 granted by this Court has been complied with, the grievance of the petitioner has been attended to. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
