Though the matter was listed on 06.07.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 07.07.2015 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting this matter on 10.07.2015, there was no representation.

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
