HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15593 OF 2016 ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 29.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.15472 of 2016, and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Joint SubRegistrar, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District, to receive the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in respect of the subject land, and register the same if the same are in order, or in case he wants to refuse the same, he shall give reasons as per Section 71 of the Registration Act and communicate the same to the petitioners. This exercise shall be completed within a period of one week, from the date of presentation of the documents by the petitioners. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
