This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.3 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manuguru, Khammam District. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that D.V.C.No.3 of 2010 was disposed of long back. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
