Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit in O.S.No.2625 of 2011 on the file of XIX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad was disposed of on 13.09.2013 and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infturcuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
