None appears for the petitioner.

Heard learned Public Prosecutor and Sri M.Shiva Kumar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Learned Public Prosecutor has since received instructions in the matter has pointed out that after completing the investigation police filed the charge sheet on 22.10.2013 before the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, who has taken the same on file in C.C.No.168 of 2014 and the case is already posted for trial.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
