Heard Mr.K.Jyothi Prasad for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for assignment. The petitioner apprehending dispossession from an extent of Ac.0.01 1⁄2 cents, covered by R.S.No.79 of Jangareddygudem Village and Mandal, West Godavari District, without recourse to law, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the house site patta issued to petitioner is not disputed. It is further stated that the respondents 1 to 4 are not interfering with the possession of petitioner's plot No.809.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
