Durga Prasad Rao) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous as the detenue was produced on 21.04.2018 by the Police before the learned III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry, in connection with Cr.No.91 of 2018 of III Town Police Station, Rajahmundry.

Noting the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
