HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.6481 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the show cause notice dated 3.3.2015, as arbitrary and illegal. At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, learned Single Judge of this Court vide order dated 10.12.2014 in W.P.No.38023 directed the Joint C o lle c t o r , Mahaboobnagar, to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, and after giving the petitioner's authorized representative an opportunity of personal hearing, pass a final order. As the issue involved in this writ petition is identical and squarely covered, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid direction in W.P.No.38023 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
