This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 and 4 0 1 Cr.P.C.

challenging the order dated 05.04.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.595 of in Crl.M.P.No.295 of in Un.No.Crl.A.

of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Khammam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the criminal revision petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed in this revision petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
