HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.452 OF 2013 ORDER:

When the matter is called, Sri V.V.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that in view of the fact that M.C.No.96 of 2004 was disposed of by the trial court, no cause survives in the criminal revision case and hence, the same may be dismissed.

Recording his submission, this criminal revision case is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
