THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25559 OF 2016 ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015, dated 15.06.2015.
Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the 3rd respondent is of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Act. If, however, the document is found to be complaint with all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release it in accordance with the due procedure.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 12.08.2016 SS
