THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.28562 of 2008 ORDER:

On 29.08.2018, Sri B. Thimothi, the learned counsel who earlier appeared for the writ petitioner, stated that the writ petitioner has taken away the record from him along with 'No Objection Vakalat' and, therefore, he is no longer representing the writ petitioner. On that day, neither the writ petitioner was present nor any learned counsel entered appearance for the petitioner and, therefore, this Court directed the writ petition to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, yet again there is neither representation for the writ petitioner nor is the writ petitioner present before this Court. The conduct of the writ petitioner shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
