THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13315 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners digging operations of fish tanks in the land to an extent of Ac.9.25 cents covered by Sy.Nos.132/ 1,2 and 133/ 1,2 situated at Jakkaram village, Kala Mandal of West Godavari District, pursuant to permit letter No.1800/ A3/ 07/ 2601/ 4th D.L.C./ West Godavari District/ 2010, dated NIL issued by 1st respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 30.09.2016 to that effect is addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
