THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16530 of 2014 ORDER :

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.124 of 2014 of Mundlamur Police Station, Prakasam District, filed the present application under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking enlargement on bail in the above crime registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 r/w 34 IPC.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that earlier the petitioners approached this Court vide Crl.P.No.15658 of 2014 seeking bail and the same was dismissed on 24.12.2014 on the ground that the investigation is still in progress and a prima facie case is made out against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to bring to the notice of this Court any changed circumstances warranting interference in the present petition. Since the investigation is still in progress and in view of the order dated 24.12.2014 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.15658 of 2014, I am not inclined to consider the request of the petitioners.
