THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9190 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that the respondents are not releasing 46% of basic pay towards PERKs allowance from 26.11.2008 to 31.12.2011, balance 10% of the basic pay towards PERKs allowance from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2004, performance related pay of Rs.1,80,374/- for the year 201213, and the Wheel Chair Accessible Vehicle monthly hire reimbursement from 16.11.2014 to 31.12.2014 amounting to Rs.49,500/-. Petitioner made several representations to the respondents ventilating the said grievance. Alleging that his representations are not disposed of and his grievance is not answered, this Writ Petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that the representations already filed by the petitioner are pending, counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction be issued to 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations and take a decision thereon within a fixed time frame. 3.

Having regard to the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 20.02.2015, 05.05.2015 and 30.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, by assigning due reasons in support of the

decision and communicate the same to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
