The petitioner in Crl.P.No.5568 of 2020 is A3 and the petitioner in Crl.P.Nos.5601 and 5673 of 2020 is one and the same i.e. A5 in Crime No.201 of 2020 pending on the file of Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad.

Sri M.M.Ahmed Khan, Learned counsel for the petitioners/A3 and A5 filed letter dated 23.11.2020 stating that the petitioners are not interested in continuing with the criminal petitions and hence, the criminal petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Permitting the petitioners, these Criminal Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand closed.
