This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in seizing the petitioner's vehicle i.e., Tata-Hitachi Excavator EX 200 LC without following any procedure under the Statutes as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr. K.Narsi Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. K.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel for the
petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
