This Company Application is filed for condonation of delay of 678 days in filing the Claim Application by the applicant in Form No.66 before the Official Liquidator in respect of the company in liquidation.

After hearing Mr.Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr. M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, and having regard to the reasons assigned in support thereof, the delay is condoned.

The Company Application is, accordingly, allowed.
