Vide present petition, the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 seek a direction, thereby releasing them on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.165 of 2015 of PS Prathipadu, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Section 8(c), read with 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission granted. Before parting with this order, since the petitioners are in jail from 05.10.2015, this court expects from the trial court to proceed with the trial and conclude the same, as expeditiously as possible.
