This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated 22-03-2016, in IA.No.503 of 2013 in OS.No.126 of 2013, on the file of the Court of the learned IV Additional District Judge,

Visakhapatnam.

I have heard Mr.Gudapati Venkateswara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, who are defendants Nos.1 to 4 and 6 to 10 in the aforesaid suit filed by respondent No.4 for partition of the suit schedule property. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein filed the above-mentioned IA for their impleadment on the ground that they are the sisters of defendant No.8 in the suit and natural daughters of one Batchu Pydamma, who is the natural daughter of Dalli Krishna Reddy @ Krishnamma and that the said Krishnamma is one of the original owners of the suit schedule property. The Court below has allowed the said IA.

In my opinion, mere impleadment of respondent Nos.1 to 3 do not, in any manner, prejudice the interests of the petitioners, who are some of the defendants in the suit as only on account of their impleadment, they will not be entitled to any relief unless their right over any part of the suit schedule property is established by them by adducing evidence. In this view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order

under revision.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.4240 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
