HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16977 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in registering multiple FIRs against the son of petitioner basing on single occurrence and confining him in jail by registering one after the other FIRs and remanding him in the said cases.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant the order, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
