THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14651 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, furnished by the Competent Authority (LA) & Joint Collector (FAC), Kadapa, vide Ref.NHA/2488/2010, dated 23.04.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance in the present Writ Petition, read as under:

"In this regard, the above representation along with DKT form was sent to the Tahsildar, Chennur with a request to enquire into the contents of the above petition duly issuing notices to the petitioner and other surrounding land holders of S.No.453 of Chinnamachupalli (V) and examine the records (i.e. DKT patta etc.,) produced by the petitioner and submit his detailed report on the above issue along with enjoyment report for 0.53 cents of land existing in S.No.453/2 of Chinnamachupalli (V) Chennur (M) immediately. The report is awaited from Tahsildar, Chennur. After receipt of the report of the Tahsildar, suitable action will be taken on the above issue as per rules"

By placing on record the above said instructions and with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action, in the direction of redressing the grievance of the petitioner herein, as

expeditiously as possible, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
