wp_12062_2003 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is field for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling fro the records of the Official respondents pertaining to the promotions to the category of Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, by holding and declaring that the petitioners carry their seniority in the category of Cooperative Sub-Registrar against the unofficial respondents who are juniors to the petitioners in the category of Cooperative Sub-Registrars by set aside the judgment in O.A.No. 5180/1998 (O.A.No. 4147/96 and batch), dated: 3-12-2002 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem, fit, proper and necessary in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, this Court is informed that learned counsel for the petitioners is no more.

Since the petitioners have failed to make alternative arrangement, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 14995 of 2003 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
