THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.8637 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in issuing proceedings No.E1/255(35)/03-RM:KMM, dated 23.04.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently set aside the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
