HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10536 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in refusing to receive and process the application for building permission to an extent of 692.58 Sq.yards in respect of houses bearing Municipal Nos.12-6-16/2 & 12-6-16/2/1 in Sy.Nos.582 & 583, situated at Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as it is not accompanied with Town Survey Land Record Certificate (for short 'T.S.L.R') and No Objection Certificate, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to receive and process the application without insisting the petitioner for T.S.L.R and No Objection Certificate. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in similar circumstances, this court has disposed of W.P.No.766 of 2015 on 22.01.2015 and the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the above said order. Learned counsel for the respondents also not disputed the same.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.01.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.766 of 2015, directing the 2nd respondent-Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation to take appropriate decision on the application made by the petitioner seeking permission to construct a building, in accordance with the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the Building Rules and Regulations made there under, without insisting for production of Town Survey Land Record Certificate and No Objection Certificate

from the Revenue Authorities. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
