THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4944 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 31-10-2013 in I.A.No.638 of 2013 in I.A.No.24 of 2013 in O.S.No.9 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
