This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2010 on the file of Nacharam Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420 and 120-B IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the subject matter of the Criminal Petition no longer survives and has become infructuous, as the charge sheet has been filed in the said crime.
