The present criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the proceedings in DVC No.39 of 2015 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanjil, Hyderabad. The 1st respondent herein filed an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, claiming various reliefs as contemplated under the Act. Having regard to the nature of the allegations, the Court below took the case on file as D.V.C.No.39 of 2015 and issued summons to the respondents in the said DVC. The petitioners herein are mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law respectively of the 1st respondent herein.

Though various grounds are raised in the present criminal petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking dispensing with the presence of the petitioners herein before the Court below, as there is no dispute with regard to their identity and as their presence is not necessary for each and every adjournment.

In view of the circumstances stated above, the presence of the petitioners in D.V.C.No.39 of 2015 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate at Erramanjil, Hyderabad is dispensed with except on the dates as and when their presence is specifically required by the Court.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
