This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the crime against respondent No.4 basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.24.07.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.13.08.2019, submitted by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Tallagurjala P.S., Mancherial District, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case was registered in Crime No.97/2019, under Sections 447, 427 IPC of Tallagurjala Police Station, on 10.08.2019. In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
