This petition is filed by the petitioner-A2 under Section Cr.P.C.

to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.406 of 2017 on the file of the XV Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, wherein cognizance was taken for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. 2.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner-A2 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
