HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.10265 of 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner precisely in this writ petition is that though the petitioner submitted an application in Form-VI(A) on 25.03.2013 for issue of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0-91 7/10 cents in Sy.Nos.18-1A, 18-1B and 18-2A, Ac.1-23 1⁄2 cents in Sy.No.30, Ac.0-26 7/10 cents in Sy.No.37, Ac.7-08 3/10 cents in Sy.Nos.39-1 and 39-2, Ac.1-70 2/5 cents in Sy.No.40-1 and 40-2, Ac.2-96 1/10 cents in Sy.No.20-1 and 20-2, Ac.0-42 9/10 cents in Sy.No.36 and Ac.0-70 7/10 cents in Sy.No.38; in total an extent of Ac.15-30 3/10 cents, situated at Yerrakondapuram Village, Bramhasamudram Mandal, Anantapuram District, but the 2nd respondent has not acted upon his application till date.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows: "The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner submitted in Form VI (A) on 25.03.2013 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three
months, at any rate, before the end of July, 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
