Petitioner/Accused No.18 AND The State of A.P., rep. by its Public Prosecutor, High Court of Judicature, at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and the State of A.P. .....Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner/accused No. 18 on bail pending investigation, enquiry and trial in to in Crime No. 48 of 2015 of Puttur Police Station, Chitoor District.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.Purnachandra Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, (AP), for the Respondent, the Court made the following. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Puttur, Chittoor District. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, for a period of (15) days.
