HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.29695 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent has stated before the Court today that the illegal construction made by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 has been removed by the officials of the 2nd respondent. Photographs of the further action taken by the officials of 2nd respondent pursuant to the notice dt.26-07-1996 issued under Section 228 (3) of the AP Municipalities Act, 1965 have also been filed.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus redressed, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the respondent Nos.3 and 4 again proceed to make any illegal construction, the petitioner is entitled to revive the Writ Petition. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
