HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.1671 of 2016 Judgment: (per A.Ramalingeswara Rao, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in Writ Appeal No.288 of 2007, dated 09-4-2015. After disposal of the writ appeal, the Government passed an order and when the same was challenged, a learned single Judge of this Court dismissed the writ petition W.P.No.6968 of 1999. It is now represented that against the said order, a writ appeal was filed and the same is pending consideration. In view of the subsequent developments in the case, nothing survives for consideration in the present contempt case. The contempt case is accordingly closed. It is open to the petitioners to pursue the writ appeal.
