Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioners 1 to 3 claim that they inherited lands to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents, Ac.3.00 cents and Ac.2.00 cents, respectively in Sy.No.793-1 of Lakshmipuram Village, Kalluru Mandal, Kurnool District and were eking out their livelihood by cultivating the same. Their names were mutated in the revenue records and pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued. As the State has introduced new policy to the farmers for extending the benefits, to incorporate their names in the online web portal, petitioners filed applications dated 24.02.2018 through mee-seva for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. But so far no order communicating mutation of their names is furnished. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

As per the material placed on record, on 24.02.2018 the application of the petitioners was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the applications are pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District, shall consider the applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioners, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
