When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the case of the petitioner was considered for next promotional post of Superintendent.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
