HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.3240 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing the certificate reflecting the name of the petitioner in the Voters List of Srikakulam Assembly Segment which was included at Serial No.1355 Part 48, so as to enable the petitioner to contest in the elections for Graduate Constituency of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam Council Segment as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter came up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the matter has become infructuous and no further orders are necessary.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
