HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11595 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare action of respondents in not sanctioning and releasing pension including commuted value of pension to petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

This Court passed interim order in WPMP No.14442 of 2003 dated 01.08.2003 directing respondents to pay the amounts within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of that order. Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the interim direction, respondents have complied the same and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 01.08.2003. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
