HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.554 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dt.04-02-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.4192 of 2016 in W.P.No.3289 of 2016 whose willful disobedience is alleged in the Contempt Case has since been complied with and proceedings dt.07-03-2016 have been issued by 1st respondent directing 2nd respondent to implement the order of the Court and report compliance. It is stated that thereafter, 2nd respondent has implemented this Court's order.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
