HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner came up with the above writ petition seeking a Mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 18.06.2014.

2. On the last occasion, we directed the learned Standing Counsel for the Registry to find out whether the representation was pending.

3. Today, the learned Standing Counsel produced a copy of the letter bearing Dis.No.3643 dated 17.05.2018, indicating that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and disposed of by the District Judge, Ongole, vide Dis.No.8743 dated 31.07.2014. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, it is closed. It is always open to the petitioner to take up his cause against the said order subject to the limitations under law.

4. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
