The present Civil Revision Petition is preferred by the petitioner/plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, to dispose of Interlocutory Application No.262 of 2011 in Original Suit No.221 of 1996.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the aforementioned I.A., was filed in the year 2011, to appoint a Court Commissioner to divide the plaint schedule properties into seven equal shares and pass a final decree on the basis of the Commissioner's report, till date no orders passed. 3.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed directing the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, to dispose of Interlocutory Application No.262 of 2011 in Original Suit No.221 of 1996, at the earliest, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending consideration.
