THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1611 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 08.07.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21865 of 2016.

By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent to consider the representation, dated 04.05.2016, submitted by the petitioner.

The respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating the representation of the petitioner was considered and disposed of and the same was communicated to the petitioner through letter, dated, 29.07.2016, a copy of which is filed along with the counteraffidavit. In the light of the above, it can be said that the order, dated 08.07.2016, has since been complied with.
