ORDER

Challenging the suspension proceedings dated 16.01.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

On the very same set of allegations, surcharge proceedings initiated against the petitioner, were closed vide order dated 23.6.2003, but ignoring the same, the 2nd respondent has placed the petitioner under suspension. While admitting the writ petition on 9.2.2004, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim suspension granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
