Grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not furnishing the market value relating to the lands as set out in the writ petition. On the last date of hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has not made any application to the 4th respondent and straight away approached this Court by way of present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that appropriate application before the 4th respondent seems to be made on 17.11.2015. In view of that it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
