Petitioners, who are A1 and A2 in Cr.No.187 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Amalapuram Town Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 458, 307, 436 and 506 r/w 34 IPC, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
