HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR SECOND APPEAL No.912 OF 2002 ORDER:

This second appeal is preferred by the plaintiff assailing the judgment and decree dated 25.07.2002 passed by the learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in A.S. No.256 of 1998, whereby the judgment and decree dated 09.06.1998 passed by the learned IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in O.S. No.2506 of 1993, was reversed.

2. The original suit was filed against the sole defendant for recovery of money.

3. Sri K. Raghuveer Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant - plaintiff, submits that the sole respondent is no more, and, Sri B. Ashokvardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the respondent also passed away in January, 2019.

4. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not pressing the appeal.

5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the Second Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the second appeal stand closed.
