HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15225 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Appellate Authority and Regional Director dated 15.05.2015 confirming the order passed by the Authorised Officer and Deputy Director, ESI dated 22.01.2015.

2. When it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 02.06.2015 that there is a remedy of appeal, she wanted to verify the same. Today, when the matter is listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitted that there is a remedy of appeal and in view of the same, she seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition and avail the appellate remedy.

3. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Office is directed to return the original papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
