This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw M.C.No.21 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to Family Court, Tirupathi, Chittoor District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of M.C.No.21 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. However, the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby directed to dispose of M.C.No.21 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the above observation, the transfer C.M.P. is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
