ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief: ".....to issue a writ or order, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in not payment of petitioner's husband death and other service benefits including difference in payment of salaries on re fixation of pay by allowing the all attendant benefits including RPS and annual increments w.e.f. 2002 to till removal as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Law and the same is liable to be set-aside by this Hon'ble Court with all consequential benefits including payment of death benefits and difference in salaries, death benefits etc by extending all service benefits w.e.f. 2002 to till removal from service with 18% interest in delay in payment of arrears amount and death benefits from the date of eligibility to till payment of all benefits....."

Husband of the petitioner filed W.P. No. 26758 of 2012 against the order of termination in proceedings No. 02/95(80)/2011 dated 18.6.2012. This Court by order dated 13.4.2017 allowed the said writ petition setting aside the punishment order. Consequent to the same, husband of the petitioner is entitled to all the benefits flowing there from. In terms of the directions issued in the said writ petition, the claim of terminal benefits was covered, therefore no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
